Firm partner Zeke Williams delivered a presentation on Wind Energy on Federal Lands at the American Wind Energy Association Wind Power conference in Chicago, Illinois in May 2009. The presentation addressed how to obtain permits and authorizations to collect meteorological data and develop wind energy generation on federal public lands managed by the United States Bureau of Land Management and United States Forest Service. The Firm represents a number of entities in the renewable and conventional energy industry, including wind turbine manufacturers, energy developers, and utilities.
