Real Estate Attorney Melinda Beck Joins Ducker, Montgomery, Lewis & Bess P.C.

Melinda Beck, a highly-regarded Denver real estate attorney, joined the law firm of Ducker, Montgomery, Lewis & Bess, P.C. as a Partner, effective January 1, 2010.  Melinda was previously Special Counsel at the Denver office of Faegre & Benson LLP. 

Melinda practices conservation easement, land use and general real estate law.  She represents land trusts, local governments, land owners, tax credit buyers and tax credit brokers in conservation easement transactions.  She also represents developers and local governments in land use and other real estate transactions. 

Melinda has a law degree from the University of Denver, College of Law, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Pomona College.

Melinda frequently speaks and publishes on conservation easement issues, including transactions, tax credits, mineral development and carbon-related projects.
