Melinda Beck spoke on March 5, 2010 at the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute (RMLUI) 19th Annual Land Use Conference at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.  Melinda spoke on the topic “Transfer of Development Rights: Protection Without Public Funding.”  TDRs offer a unique balance between land development and land preservation.  Melinda practices in the land use, real estate and conservation easement areas, including transactions involving ranches and vacant land, as well as residential, commercial and industrial development.
