Melinda Beck Presents at Conservation Easement Seminar

On July 30, 2010, Melinda Beck spoke at the CLE International Conference on Conservation Easements. Melinda spoke on the topics "Ethics" and "Government Conservation Easements" focusing on unique issues faced by government entities holding conservation easements. Melinda practices in the conservation easement, land use and real estate areas, including transactions involving ranches and vacant land, as well as residential, commercial and industrial development.
