Mr. Hoebel focuses his practice on general business and commercial matters, with an emphasis in the energy industry. He represents clients in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and debt and equity financing. He has experience with a variety of commercial agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, exploration and development agreements, operating agreements, mineral leases, lease option agreements, surface use agreements, and management services agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill was an associate in the Washington, DC office of a large Philadelphia-based law firm where he advised clients on international trade, government contracts, and various real estate and commercial issues. Prior to law school, Bill served as credit manager for a transportation equipment finance company, where he participated in asset financing and credit risk assessment, and assisted with accounting and business planning.
