Tanya Sobol practices in the areas of real estate, common interest community, land use, corporate law, and estate planning. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, including leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate finance. She represents both landlords and tenants in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating office, retail, and industrial leases. Tanya also represents developers in establishing common interest communities, homeowners associations in relation to the operation of the association and the community, and individual homeowners dealing with disputes with their homeowners association. She has experience with entity formation and drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, including management contracts and confidentiality agreements.
