Tanya Sobol Keating focuses her practice on general business and commercial matters in a variety of industries including real estate and energy. She has experience counseling clients on a variety of commercial contracts, choice of entity and entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. With respect to the oil and gas industry, Ms. Keating prepares and negotiates the terms of master service agreements and drilling contracts and assists clients in the administration of such contract necessary to commence drilling operations. With respect to real estate, Ms. Keating represents clients in all aspects of commercial transactions, including acquisition, development financing and management. She also counsels both landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of office, retail and industrial leases. Ms. Keating has represented developers in the creation of common interest communities and counsels homeowners associations on the operation and governance of common interest communities, including compliance with the Colorado Common Interest Community Act and corporate law.
