Michael Page is a real estate and environmental lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing both large and small clients in a variety of transactions. Mike has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring transactions. He has represented clients engaged in all kinds of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, development of commercial and office properties, residential development, financing transactions, leasing matters, organizing and structuring companies with real estate holdings, and disputes relating to real estate matters. Mike has also handled a significant number of transactions involving real property with environmental contamination. His experience has included negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements involving contaminated properties, negotiating and drafting agreements, orders and settlements with federal, state and local authorities regarding liabilities for contaminated properties, and preparation of institutional controls documentation for the operation, management and use of properties with environmental contamination.
