Michael Page is a real estate and environmental lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing both large and small clients in a variety of transactions. Mike has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring transactions. He has represented clients engaged in all kinds of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, development of commercial and office properties, residential development, financing transactions, leasing matters, organizing and structuring companies with real estate holdings, and disputes relating to real estate matters.
