Michael Kelly has broad experience providing advice to businesses of all sizes, as well as to the individuals who participate in business ventures. Prior to law school, Mike worked in-house at a Fortune-100 corporation and obtained an advanced degree in accounting. That experience and training makes Mike particularly well-suited to provide business law advice.
Mike represents businesses in a variety of transactional matters, including corporate, limited liability company, and other entity issues; mergers and other business combinations; acquisitions and dispositions of businesses; and private placements and other types of financings. Mike also counsels individuals on various business matters, including employment and entity issues.
Outside the office, Mike is an avid tennis player and downhill skier.
