Mark Yoder has a broad transactional and corporate practice, including mergers & acquisitions, oil & gas, general corporate and business planning, real estate, securities and lending work. Mr. Yoder has represented and advised clients in all industries in complex business combination transactions ranging from a few million to several billion dollars. Mr. Yoder has also negotiated the successful placement of over $800 Million in private equity funds. Acting as outside counsel for corporate and oil & gas clients, Mr. Yoder provides legal advice and counsel on a full range of business planning, contractual, operational, compliance, real estate and securities matters. Mr. Yoder has also represented both lenders and borrowers in numerous lending transactions.
