Emily Bright is a litigation associate with the firm. She assists clients across many of the firm’s practice areas, including general commercial, employment, real estate and natural resources litigation.
Emily graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2008. While in law school, Emily familiarized herself with the judicial system and gained courtroom experience through internships at the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court, and the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office.
Emily has represented clients in state court and is currently representing a pro se client in federal court through the Faculty of Federal Advocates Counsel / Co-counsel program.
Prior to law school, Emily gained several years of experience in a variety of challenging settings, including serving as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Defense, managing relief operations for The Salvation Army in New York City after September 11th, and directing humanitarian aid in Kenya / South Sudan and Kosovo for Action Against Hunger.
