Bruce Ducker has practiced business law in Denver since 1964 and founded the firm in 1978. His practice emphasizes the legal and business problems of the emerging company. He has served as independent counsel to the boards of directors of major public companies and is often called as an expert witness in matters of corporate and business law. He has lectured on Continuing Legal Education panels in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, shareholder and director rights and responsibilities, and corporate law. He is the founding partner of the firm.
Ducker has also had a career in business, both as an executive and as a director. He has long been listed in Who's Who (America, World, Law, Arts), SuperLawyers, and The Best Lawyers in America. The author of nine books of fiction, he is also a member of the Author's Guild and PEN/American Center.
